Short and simple: Your cost is based upon the time we spend with you and not the number of images we take at your wedding or commitment!

Using digital equipment, we'll photograph your wedding or commitment ceremony from start to finish. Minor touch-ups and enhancements are part of our services. In addition to a set of 4x6 prints, we'll provide you a copy of the images on a CD – suitable for 12x18 prints! You're given an exclusive use for these photos to share with family and friends*.

Should you need an extra touch for your wedding or commitment ceremony, we offer Photo Packages custom tailored to your needs. Any given photo package sheet can be tailored to meet your needs including having several different images on any given photo sheet.

We offer a variety of layouts on 8 in. X 10 in. photo sheets. 
$20.00 per 8x10 print
Special colorization is an extra $10 per image.
These are a few of the sizes we offer:

Rehearsal: For complex ceremonies (e.g. churches, large outdoor events, etc) it is strongly recommended that our Photographer and / or Videographer be present for rehearsal to determine any parameters or restrictions on their ability to photograph or video your ceremony. If you elect not to have them present, Videographer and / or Photographer can not be responsible for restrictions placed on them at the time of your ceremony. Being present for rehearsal will not eliminate these issues but will help to plan and mitigate for such events.

Travel fees:: The following travel fees apply for services beyond 7-Mile Bridge.  (Please adjust the above prices accordingly.)  Travel fees are only accessed once. If you book your both videography and photography with us, any applicable travel fees will only be accessed once.

• Key West to Ohio Key (Mile Marker 40): no charge
• Seven Mile Bridge (Pigeon Key / Marathon) to Duck Key / Conch Key:  $50.00 (add additional $50.00 for rehearsal travel)
• Long Key to Islamorada (MM 83): $150.00 (add $100.00 additional for rehearsal travel)
• Plantation Key to Key Largo: $200.00 (add $125.00 additional for rehearsal travel)

Facility Use Fees: Some locations may charge a facility use fee to use their premises. These charges are in addition to our rates quoted and will need to be paid directly to the facility unless other arrangements are made.

All videography packages include professional digital editing, DVD with indexed chapters and may include the use of wireless microphones during the ceremony.  Note: wireless microphones do not guarantee perfect audio. Audio quality is dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, wind, aircraft, cars, location of services and other noises in the area being videotaped.

Additional hours will roll to the next available package pricing; beyond the maximum six-hour package, hours are billed as follows:

• $200 per hour for Photography, billed in one-hour increments.
• $200 per hour for Videography, billed in one-hour increments.
• $350 per hour for Photography and Videography Combo package, billed in one-hour increments.

* Photo Montage is included with all videography packages of three (3) hours or greater and includes at least 24 digital images (provided by Wedding party) and is used as part of the DVD production. If images are provided as printed photographs, there is a $2 per photo conversion/scanning fee, up to a maximum of $40. A Photo Montage may be added to any package that does not include one for an additional cost of $50. Conversion/scanning fees may apply as previously noted. Digital images should be at least 4x6 inches, 300 dpi (or larger) and in JPEG or TIF format. Any images /photographs used in the DVD production must be supplied at least two weeks before the event to guarantee inclusion in final DVD production.

** Photo images will be reviewed prior to release; images that do not meet our standards will not be included in the final CD/DVD photo collection provided to Client. We do minor touch up and color correction on all photo images before release. You will receive a 4x6 copy of your images (up to a maximum of (i)100 prints we select for packages of 2.5 hours, or less; or (ii) 200 prints we select for packages 3 hours and more). Other than images that do not meet our standards, the images contained on your CD/DVD may exceed those printed. Image file quality is suitable for 12x18 prints.

*** On-line Photo Album is provided as a courtesy link to our customers for sharing images of their commitment ceremony in an internet / Web-based album or photo gallery format. Your on-line photo album will be limited to those 4x6 images selected for printing as part of your package.
