  • Q:  Do we provide both videography and photography services?
A:  Yes - Absolutely. We do provide both videography and photography services. You can view our current pricing plans at the following links: (i) Videography prices, (ii) Photography Prices. When you book both videography and photography services with us we offer a package discount. Any such discounts will be noted in our pricing plans under the Combo package pricing.

  • Q:  Do we also do commitment ceremonies?
A:  Yes! Regardless of the occasion, a commitment ceremony or a wedding, we will provide you with the same professional videography or photography services.

  • Q:  How many video cameras do we use?
A:  We use a minimum of 2 digital video cameras for each wedding.

  • Q:  What type of photography do we provide and how do we charge?
A:  We shoot entirely with high resolution digital cameras. As a result, we do not count rolls of film or charge by the number of photos. We simply charge by the hour.

  • Q:  Do we use wireless microphones?
A:  We use quality Ultra High Frequency (UHF) wireless microphones (mics) on the groom and notary. Cheaper Very High Frequency (VHF) mics are prone to interference and dropouts. Many times the groom’s audio is not recorded adequately with the on-camera mic. A UHF wireless mic helps ensure the groom’s vows are recorded to tape. The bride’s audio is picked up from the groom’s lapel mic. It is, however, important to remember that audio quality is dependent on several factors including wind, location of services and other audio influences that may be in the area (e.g. aircraft, birds, traffic, etc.).

  • Q:  What type of editing do we do?
A:  We use a state-of-the-art real time high definition turnkey non-linear editing workstation.  As a result, your final DVD will not just be your typical "home movie" recorded on DVD. Instead, it will be professionally edited with accompanying music, video greetings, introductions, your ceremony and other highlights from your wedding or commitment ceremony.

  • Q:  When will I receive my final DVD?
A:  Post editing can take 8 hours for a small wedding and up to 40 hours for a full package wedding. Turn around time is typically a minimum of 3-6 weeks depending on the complexity of the ceremony and events. We do keep you posted by e-mail on our progress. As a result, we will not bill you for final payment until we have completed the final DVD.

  • Q:  What format will the DVD be and will it be compatible with my system?
A:  Our DVDs are produced using a DVD-R format. DVD-Rs are generally 93% plus compatible with most major DVD players. All our DVDs are tested before we ship them to you to ensure that they play and that there are no problems with the chapter sequencing or the DVD encoding process. We recommend, in all seriousness, that if you experience any problems watching our DVDs because of compatibility issues that you consider purchasing a new DVD player. New DVD players which are compatible with all formats can be purchased for about $40-$60. You'll be happy you did! If you experience any DVD compatibility issues, your DVD should play on your computer's DVD drive if it has one.

  • Q:  Can we scan and include photos in the wedding video?
A:  Yes, in fact if your package does not include a photo montage, we encourage adding this option or upgrading to a corresponding video package that includes this option to help tell your wedding story. We can include a photo montage in your wedding or commitment ceremony DVD complete with music that you have selected. Please visit our Videography Package Details - Terms of Service for more details.

  • Q:  What is our booking and cancellation policy?
